After 30 years of extreme pain and limited function, Crystal Lake Physical Therapy has given me back control of my life.  Using gentle strength building exercises, I can now stand up straight~pain free, turn my neck and twist my torso to drive my car. I no longer experience pain in my pelvic area, lower back and hips. I can walk a mile again. At 63, I had given up hope of ever regaining my strength. I have hope again and am able to play with my grandchildren, pain free.
