This clinic was started with one thing in mind. To treat the whole person the way everyone deserves to be treated…the best way possible! For that reason you will only be seen by a licensed physical therapist when you come to Crystal Lake Physical Therapy Inc. and you will receive that therapist’s full undivided attention. Because we don’t use unlicensed support staff to provide your treatment we believe that you will get better faster, which will equate to less money out of your pocket and more time for you to focus on what is important to you.
Emily Craigen, PT, DPT
Emily has over 19 years of experience as a pelvic floor specialist for both men and women and an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist. She graduated from Marquette University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Emily has called Crystal Lake her home for over 40 years and is very passionate about helping her clients achieve their health goals and to bring the best therapy services possible to her hometown.

Sean Superticioso, PT
Sean is a graduate from Riverside College in the Philippines having started his career by the influence of his active lifestyle and group of friends. Having experienced multiple injuries himself, he knows how it feels not to be able to do the simple day to day activities we take for granted. He empowers patients to be able to get back on their feet. Sean has significant outpatient physical therapy experience and he enjoys treating all of the orthopedic conditions that people usually experience. He advocates an active lifestyle to improve not only your physical health, but all aspects of wellness.

Becky Lugardo, PT, DPT
Becky graduated from Midwestern University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has 6 years of experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions. Becky has taken additional advanced courses to learn the McKenzie Method to treat low back pain and has specialized training to treat pregnant and post partum patients. Becky loves being a physical therapist because she gets to help patients meet their goals and improve their quality of life. She is also known for her upbeat personality and contagious laughter.

Kristine Vukmir, PT, DPT
Kristine graduated from Governors State University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has 10 years of wide-ranging experience in treating various Orthopedic and Neurological diagnoses including chronic pain, TMJ disorders, Lymphedema, Vestibular and Concussion Management, Trigger Point Dry Needling, and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. She prides herself in patient focused care with individualized treatment plans, extensive client education for self-management and collaborative treatment planning to help patients reach their own personal goals.
Kristine graduated from Governors State University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Gem has proudly called Crystal Lake, Illinois home for more than 13 years. With nearly three decades of experience in rehabilitation and hands-on care, Gem is dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting wellness through a holistic approach to healing and restoration.
A graduate of Lyceum Northwestern University in the Philippines, Gem is a licensed Physical Therapist in the Philippines, a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a licensed Massage Therapist in the United States. For over 29 years, he has worked with individuals of all ages and conditions across a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health care, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
Gem has advanced training and certifications in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Neural Manipulation, allowing him to provide specialized, evidence-informed treatments that address the body's interconnected systems. His approach focuses not only on relieving pain and dysfunction but also on promoting balance, mobility, and overall well-being.

Brianna Dreschler, PT, DPT
Bri graduated from University of Indianapolis with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022. She has 4 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics specializing in performing arts rehab, mangement of sports injuries, trigger point dry needling, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Bri's favorite things about being a physical therapist include developing individualized treatment plans, building strong patient connections, and focusing on getting people back to what they love to do. In her free time Bri enjoys walking outdoors, reading, and doing arts and crafts.

James Harlan, PT, DPT
James graduated from Saint Louis University and has been practicing physical therapy for 5 years. He has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, along with additional training in vestibular rehabilitation.
He has continued his education through training with the Mulligan Concept and Gray Institute, developing an approach that combines hands-on treatment, movement-based exercise, and patient education. He enjoys working with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan based on their goals and the activities that are important to them.
Outside of physical therapy, James enjoys reading, hiking, and staying active. He is passionate about helping patients get back to the activities they enjoy and feel confident in their movement.

Madeline Lane--Patient Care Coordinator
Maddie started her career in the medical field in the Nursing program at Elmhurst College. She worked as an office coordinator in multiple Assisted Living facilities, before switching her major and receiving her degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked within preschools for the past decade, as well as becoming a Foster Parent to multiple children throughout the years. After having both her hips replaced, she found community and comfort in the Physical Therapy world sharing her personal experience and journey with patients just like her, healing and progressing through major surgery. You will find Maddie singing songs and getting in her steps alongside the patients.
